Evergreen Facilities
Our facilities are open to all residents and guests. With two pools, 6 tennis courts, two playgrounds, and a large clubhouse, Evergreen Lakes HOA are great for your active lives and a strong community.
Evergreen Lakes Clubhouse
We have a beautiful, well equipped clubhouse and we are proud of it. This is the perfect location for parties, special events, and classes. The clubhouse is joined to the pool, 4 tennis courts, and a large playground. Residents can rent the facility, so please visit the clubhouse page for more information. There is a small room downstairs from the clubhouse that is open to the pool area. It is available for use free of charge for Evergreen residents.
